Shipping Most orders will ship same business day depending on the time in which the order was placed. In cases in which an item was shown in stock but was presold you will be notified via email whether you would like to keep the order in process, purchase another product, or cancel the order for a full refund.
All orders over $99.00 purchased within the 48 continental United States. Truck and Trail will choose carrier, USPS, FedEx, or UPS. All truck freight, common carrier, and straight truck delivered orders are excluded, as well as orders to Alaska and Hawaii. In the event of special order or drop ship (orders sent directly from manufacturer) special shipping charges may apply. You will be notified prior, for approval. Other shipping options are available and rates are clearly displayed.
Depending on the time of day in which the order is processed and which strategic warehouse is chosen. We will make our best attempt to ship same day (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from our nearest warehouse with product availability. Tracking information will be provided within 3 business days from date of purchase.
Unfortunately there are times when inventory is low or restocking is behind and even when our pickers pick your item and it’s damaged. In these cases we will contact you immediately and resolve to the best of our ability and your satisfaction.
All shipping costs are figured on the UPS rate scale calculator.Any order with dimensions beyond the UPS max guideline or greater than 75lbs will go truck freight. If this happens you will receive a freight quote for approval prior to shipment.
Truck and trail offers many shipping options including 2day, and Next day. The specific rate for each option will show up on the shipping calculator in the shopping cart.
The timeliness of your order depends on several factors but be assured in most cases orders are received between 1-5 business days. Holidays, especially between Thanksgiving and Christmas are busy for everybody especially our shipping providers. You may experience delayed deliveries during Holidays and inclement weather conditions affecting any travel. Very rural addresses or unique zip codes can also cause delay. Regardless of location in the United States we will assign a tracking number and email it as soon as the order is shipped. Truck and Trail receives back any items shipped to an undeliverable address. In this situation we will contact you immediately.
If your package is delivered (UPS FEDEX) and it’s obvious there is damage please take a picture and refuse the item, then have the driver start a claim. Notify us so we can expedite your claim and get you a new part. The more documentation you have the quicker we can get you your replacement. If your item was delivered without anyone home please take a picture for documentation and contact us.
In cases where product is delivered via Freight Carrier it is imperative any product, crate, or box damage be noted and inspected with the driver, if this in not done, and the order has been signed for, it’s very unlikely any recovery will be made. Truck and Trail assumes no responsibility for the order if these actions are not taken.
Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.

If an item was sold with "Free Shipping", the original, actual outgoing shipping charges cannot be refunded and will be deducted from your refund.
